My family has been in the cattle business in Florida for multiple generations. As ranchers, we have an obligation to care for the land that is entrusted to us. Our ranch south of Orlando is in an area known as the Everglades Headwaters. This 2.6-million-acre area is the headwaters of the Everglades ecosystem and is the heart of Florida’s ranching base, with some of the largest cattle ranches in the country.
